Better clarity.

Just sounds better than the other tracks. Get some software you can do equaliser envelopes, or if you cant find it, look for me :) That way the extreme high end noise that actually hurts can be removed. Just using the same settings for the entire track would spoil it, but an envelope would vary the amount at different times.

GET A BETTER MIC DAMMIT

This is haunting, part of the true irish sound. This sounds wistful, nostalgic, yet also somehow conveys hope about the future. It is lovely.

To chronamut - this is why some "real musicians" dis techno/electronica of any description, as you can hear, techno lacks soul compared to music like this.

Lol yes, i am a techno artist, but i know soulful sounds when i hear them :)

Get better hardware and i will try to mix/master your work for you, for free. Hows that sound? I dont want any artistic input, fuck that, i'd ruin it, but sound levels and etc is what i can do. My current work on here does NOT indicate my current standards or skills, save perhaps massive amusement, though it may the bad version :S not sure.

I'm planning on getting a better mic now, after the feedback I'm getting...I don't know how feasible it will be for the whole band to keep recording stuff, but we'll get together as much as we can and I'll keep posting some solo stuff in the meantime...thankees :D

I love the celtic sound, its in my bones. I'm with the others the drummer is good, but as a drummer i say RELAX and it'll all make more sense :)

The melody is nice but you definitely need better mic's and practice at recording. Just gonna listen to the next one now :)

I only give you 9 for originality cos i hear something resembling 4 from richard d james album. 9 for clarity cos it sounds like a lowish bitrate recording, and 7 for effort cos i want you to finish the damn track! Same for the overall 9. How long have you been learning to make electronic music for?

This track is incredibly diverse, yet somehow fits together. I like the wah-wah/vocoder sounding bit especially.

It is a nice track, but i'm with the others, the piano is not quite right. The melody is good, its the actual sound. Maybe another patch(still not sure what one is) , or alternatively cut the volume and play with the equaliser. Some of the accents are too strong, relatively, and it spoils the flow. Everything else is sweet :)

Yeah - I read the reviews and pretty much agreed - Sometimes we have to hear another opinion to put things into perspective or to make us realize what we probably already know but refuse to admit... I sort of knew that the piano was a little umm. - flat maybe but I went with it anyway thinking that it might be just me...

Anyway the remix is the same but completely different...

I love it. Can I add some drums to it and put it up? Its just beautiful, so uplifting. Its so beautiful i feel the need to make it a bit darker and warped :) If you have an email address we could discuss it over that'd be great. :)

Its catchy, yet i find it irritating to listen to on its own. It'd be better if someone made flash using it.

I'd prefer that melody if it was a bit darker, if the synths werent as twee, and the drums a bit more brutal. Oh well, you know i know your other work is better, so no worries there.
