Nice riffs.

Structured like dnb, lacks the cohesive rumble that drives dnb tho. That flute is interesting, tho could do with being more varied imo.

This sounds more like hardcore dance/psytrance. With the 4 to the floor kick drum.

Keep going, if you want to structure it like dnb proper i've been told you should start with the basslines first, blending the sub, and higher bass then adding a melody first.

Good melody, kick is too quiet, perhaps try a more booming sample? After the breakdown quieter bit i dont like that sound that breaks in or the section straight after.

This is techno/dance, not dnb.

I FUCKING HATE THAT KICK DRUM

right, now i've got that out the way.

This is simply not dnb, this is dance/techno, more like house/techno imo, tho i'm not sure on that. This is the wrong rhythms, and structures to be drum n bass.

Nice textures use, but the kit could do with being clearer.

When it all kicks together its better, but the guitar doesnt sound quite right, is it distorted clavinova? anyhow i'm not keen on the melody.

When the second beat comes in, it adds good layering, but I STILL FUCKING HATE THAT FUCKING KICK DRUM. IT MAKES ME WANT TO PUNCH THE ENTIRE WORLD IN THE FACE.

keep trying, tho i'll refuse to listen to any more tracks that use that kickdrum, it is a bland sound thats being forced into my face, and i want to bite its fucking head off.

I'd recommend using couple of different kicks in this track, a more boomy one on diffeerent beats for starters.

I dont agree with the structure tho. Theres a place where the lead/mid bass sound is too high in the mix, i'd recommend a different melody and instrument, makes it sound more like techno.

This particular piece is on the boundary of techno n dnb, the structure isnt that much dnb in the drums, but it sounds better than much of what i've heard

What do you use to make your tracks? I'm gonna keep my eye on you, i like what you've made.

I think if you melted the sounds better instead of using that synth all the way through you'd have a far superior track.

Some good sounds and good use of sounds.That bird/laser noise in the backgrounds is beyond the most irritating thing i've ever heard tho.

The synth melody thats squeaky sounds a bit dischordant to me, i dont like it. The intro is intersting, but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LOSE THAT BACKGROUNDS SOUND OR A HORDE OF FROTHING MOUTHED ELKS WILL COME TO TAKE YOUR SOUL AWAY.

Its too slow to be dnb, i like the beats tho. The bassline is good but comes in far too late in the track, most listeners will have simply fucked off by then.

A cool drum line does not an intro make.

Up until the electronica comes in it'd sound like techy rock/metal. I'd recommend trying that, but then its your track, so i cant really tell you anything :P

Its probably 2x too slow to be a drum n bass track, the bassline itself is funky tho, i just feel this is in the wrong genre. It'd be cooler to have subdivisions, but that'd take the lucky dip out of going into misc.

Its not bad, but its not dnb

Its techno. Its not smooth enough with a sub rumble to be dnb, and the rythm is one thats inherently not dnb, and the tempo is wrong.

But as a piece of techno its interesting, tho i gotta tell you i hate THAT kick sound, the clicky low one.

I'm sure you can make a monstrouly long track, make one or angry midgets will come to ruin your life.

This simply isnt drum n bass. It is techno, pure and simple. Not bad work, i'm sure i'll know someone who'll like this, but not what i wanted to hear in dnb.

This is why your score is this low, its in the wrong genre.

nuff said, theres something i dont like about it, i think sometimes just some of the individual stabs of beat are too in yer face, which whilst they're cool dont fit imo. Most of its mint tho, make some from scratch dude for atmospheric pwnage
